We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
By using our services, you agree to:

Our Intellectual Property

Client Data and Work Product
You retain ownership of your data and information provided to us. Any custom solutions, models, or implementations developed specifically for your organization remain your property, subject to our right to use general methodologies and know-how.
Fees and Payment
Fees for our services will be specified in separate service agreements or proposals. Payment terms are typically net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Refunds
Refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, fees for completed work are non-refundable.
We understand that you may share confidential information with us during the course of our engagement. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of your proprietary information and will not disclose it to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pr1m3 Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
While we strive to provide accurate and effective AI solutions, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from the implementation of our recommendations or solutions.
Either party may terminate our services agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, you must cease using our services, and we will return or destroy your confidential information as requested, subject to legal retention requirements.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to court proceedings.
